None of what Bacoa does is possible without the help of our community. Bacoa is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3), and private contributions are a critical resource for us to provide important services and programs. Bacoa has been providing services in the Barrington Area for 35 years. More than 92 percent of our funding is from private contributions made by the generous Barrington community: individuals, businesses, the Barrington Area Community Foundation, the Barrington Junior Women’s Club, and a variety of other foundations and service organizations.
Monthly giving to Bacoa is easy and efficient for you and helps save valuable resources.
You can help us welcome more clients through monthly gifts.
When you join our Navigators Circle recurring giving plan, you provide Meals With Wheels to older adults who might not otherwise receive proper nutrition. You help us staff events like our Monday Lunch & Activity Program; “A Day Out,” our day respite program; and support groups that provide resources, camaraderie and hope. As our client numbers grow and we add new services and activities to meet demand, your dollars will help us welcome more clients who will become part of the Bacoa family.
How do you benefit?
Recurring giving simplifies your tax preparation: We will send you one statement for your monthly contributions in January.
How does Bacoa benefit?
An honor gift is an ideal way to celebrate special people and events in your life. A card will be sent to notify recipients that a gift was made in their honor.
A memorial gift is a lasting testimony to the life of a beloved family member or friend who has passed on and can provide comfort and compassion to someone who has had a loss.
Designating a legacy – large or small – will represent your enduring values.
By including Bacoa in your estate and financial plans, you become a member in our Legacy Society. A gift of any size can make a difference, and we can help you find the giving strategy that works best for you.
As a member, you will receive an invitation to our annual donor recognition reception and a listing in the Legacy Society honor roll. We will honor your preferences regarding the details of your bequest, and all information that you share with us will be held in complete confidence.
