Tai chi is a mind-body practice that involves a series of slow, flowing exercises combining movement, meditation, and rhythmic breathing. This mind-body connection helps in fall prevention by increasing range of motion, strength, flexibility, and wellness. Tai chi can benefit anyone, and this program is especially designed to aid those who suffer from arthritic pain. This 12-week exercise program will be conducted via Zoom and is offered in partnership with the White Crane Wellness Center and Age Options
