Caregiver Stress-Busting: Chronic Illness Program

Learn how to better manage caregiver stress by attending “Caregiver Stress-Busting: Chronic Illness Program,” a nine-week course designed for family caregivers, particularly those helping a loved one with a chronic illness such as Parkinson’s, cancer, diabetes, or multiple sclerosis. The program uses proven support techniques to help participants manage stress and develop relaxation and coping strategies. 

The sessions are free and will be led by BACOA’s Pam Pellizzari and Molly Ross of the Neurobalance Center in Barrington. Classes will be conducted weekly, entirely online, beginning Tuesday. May 19, from 1:30-3 p.m. Enrollment is limited to the first eight registered participants.
