Parkinson's Disease Education Group
BACOA's Parkinson's Disease Education Group is open to Parkinson's disease patients and their family members who wish to learn more about the disease.
December-January
The group will not meet in December or January
February: Saturday, Febraury 25; 10-11:30 a.m.
Valerie Tamburino, a speech therapist with Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, will discuss LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Training). This method has been known to help people with Parkinson’s who have problems with diminished voice volume.
